Know Us Better!

Our Story

Health Custodian Specialist Eye Hospital was born from a clear and pressing need. Our founder and Chief Medical Director, Dr. Abdulwaheed Ibraheem, a consultant ophthalmologist, observed that many in our community struggled to find specialized, reliable, and patient-focused eye care. He envisioned a facility that would bridge this gap—a place where cutting-edge medical knowledge would be delivered with a compassionate touch.

Our belief in community-focused care extends far beyond our clinic walls. We are deeply invested in the public health of Ibadan and actively demonstrate this through our community outreach programs.

Health Custodian is proud to regularly conduct free eye screenings and subsidized surgical camps for underserved populations in the region. These initiatives allow us to detect conditions like glaucoma and cataracts in their early stages and provide sight-restoring surgery to those who might otherwise be unable to afford it. This is our philosophy in action—a tangible expression of our commitment to ensuring everyone has a right to healthy vision.
